MEDICAL TRANSPORTATION

Are you having trouble finding transportation back and forth to your medical appointments? Well when attending Transcendent Adult Day Care we will provide private medical transportation services for you to get to and from your appointment. We do ask that you have:

The address to your destination
The date and time of your appointment
The doctors information
A good number to reach up for pick up, appointment cancellations, etc.
